Shipping Information and Rates

We will gladly check if any items you are interested in will be able to be shipped at a cheaper rate than the online rate. Please contact us via email at allaboutwicker@gmail.com or call us at 904-290-1784.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the actual shipping charges greatly exceed the online website rates.

If you need items shipped to a remote location, Alaska, Hawaii or another country, please contact us and we will be able to get a shipping quote for you.

We ship out most smaller items via FedEx and the larger items need to be shipped via freight truck. We sell our products at very competitive prices. We have set our shipping calculator as close to actual charges as we can. Shipping charges for items vary depending on the size, weight, the address being shipped to and if it is a residential or business address. We may be able to give a discounted rate depending on these variables. You may contact us and we will gladly check if we can give you a discounted shipping rate for any items you are interested in. If you would like us to do so, please email or call us with the items you wish to purchase, the zip code to which you would like them shipped to and if the address is a residential or business address (usually cheaper). If you qualify for a cheaper rate then is on our standard shipping charts, we will gladly give you a discount code to use during your online order. If you have items in your shopping cart and are a registered customer, you can keep them there and they will be there when you log back into your account.

Delivery Times - If you are ordering only wicker pieces and they are all in stock or cushions which are pre-made, your order will usually ship within 1 week. Most items are shipped out within 1 to 4 weeks. Occasionally there will be a little longer delay for very custom cushion work. We will contact you within 48 hours to let you know how long until your order will ship. Where you are located will determine how long after shipping until you receive your items. It may be a day or 2 or possibly more then a week if you are on the West coast. Once we ship your items, we will notify you and give you tracking information.

Shipment Info - Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. All orders are shipped in perfect condition, but on rare occasions damages occur during transportation. When receiving a delivery please inspect the contents for damages and sign accordingly before the driver leaves. Then please contact us to inform us of the situation.

All larger items are shipped via freight truck. They are delivered to your home, however, this does not include un-boxing and carrying inside.

RETURNS FOR ON-LINE STORE ITEMS - Most items may be returned. You will be credited for the Purchase Price of the merchandise minus a 10% Handling Fee, however, you are responsible for the freight charges to and from the original destination. This policy does not include special order items and cushions which are not returnable unless they are defective as they are manufactured for you per order in the fabric and size you ordered. When considering cushions we suggest requesting fabric swatch samples before ordering especially if you are trying to match your decor.
